Capital Projects and Infrastructure Planning Lead

What we’re looking for:
You’ll own pre-development planning, budget modeling, and project tracking for key infrastructure initiatives in utilities, transport, and mixed-use housing. This includes on-the-ground validation, permit navigation, and early contractor alignment.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining detailed infrastructure rollout plans

• Reviewing construction documents and flagging scope or timing risks

• Overseeing permitting, surveying, and local partner validation

• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and procurement staff

• Reporting cost, schedule, and status updates to client and HQ teams

The right candidate will have:

• 5+ years in project management or civil infrastructure roles

• Strong familiarity with FIDIC or equivalent construction frameworks

• Ability to work in challenging and evolving local conditions

• Experience interfacing with local government and contractors

• Arabic language skills preferred but not required
