For more complex requests involving sourcing briefs, government RFQs, or multi-leg shipments, a full proposal may take 2-3 business days. For time-sensitive cargo, call us directly at +1 (949) 800-6561 to speak with a team member immediately.

To receive the most accurate rate, include: origin city and country, destination city and country, commodity description, estimated weight and volume (or number of cartons/pallets), target ship date or required arrival date, and whether you need FCL (full container), LCL (shared container), or air freight. If you have special handling requirements such as hazmat, reefer, or oversized cargo, please note those as well. The more detail you provide, the faster we can respond with a precise quote.

Yes. For urgent shipments or time-critical situations, call our main line at +1 (949) 800-6561 during business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm PT). For after-hours emergencies involving active shipments, email operations@syqora.com with URGENT in the subject line and a team member will respond as quickly as possible. We do not recommend relying solely on web forms for cargo that needs to move within 72 hours.
