This published tariff sets forth the rates, charges, rules, and practices of Syqora Group, LLC as required by the Federal Maritime Commission under the Shipping Act of 1984.
This tariff is published in accordance with the Shipping Act of 1984, as amended (46 USC Chapter 401), and the regulations of the Federal Maritime Commission. Syqora Group, LLC operates as a Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) under FMC License #118446.
All rates are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted and are subject to change upon notice as required by FMC regulations. Published rates are indicative. For binding current rate quotes, contact sales@syqora.com.
Nothing in this tariff shall be construed to limit Syqora's ability to negotiate individual service contracts in accordance with the Shipping Act.

Less-than-Container-Load (LCL) base rates are quoted per revenue ton (W/M basis: weight in metric tons or volume in CBM, whichever is greater).

This tariff may be amended upon notice as required by FMC regulations. Amendments become effective upon the date specified in the notice, which shall not be less than the minimum notice period required by applicable law.
