Our site currently does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We may use first-party cookies for essential site functionality (such as remembering your form progress) and, if we enable analytics, for measuring traffic patterns. We keep information only as long as we need it to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Syqora Group operates from offices in California (USA) and Guangzhou (China). Information you submit may be processed in either jurisdiction, as well as by service providers in other countries. We use commercially reasonable safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA) where applicable.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), role-based access controls, and vetted service providers. Our services and website are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it.
