Launching a brand in a new country is a full-contact process. From HQ boardrooms to Syrian storefronts, you’re the one turning vision into execution. Based in California, this role will oversee U.S.-to-Syria rollout strategy for brands entering the post-sanctions market.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll guide international companies through every step of localization — from franchise setup and IP transfer to facility buildout and staffing. You’ll also oversee adaptation of creative assets, pricing, and go-to-market plans to fit local expectations.
You will be responsible for:
Leading franchisee setup, legal onboarding, and entity formation
Tailoring brand identity and messaging for the Syrian market
Working with construction, procurement, and logistics teams
Hiring, managing, and coordinating local market field teams
Communicating directly with client execs and Syqora leadership
The right candidate will have:
4+ years in international expansion or retail operations
Franchise, F&B, hospitality, or consumer brand experience preferred
Strong communication and project management background
Ability to lead remote teams and coordinate international suppliers
Must be based in Southern California with ability to travel internationally
